Booking and cancellation conditions

- The processing of a bungalow reservation by the client implies knowledge and express acceptance of these general conditions:

- In order to access the campsite it is compulsory for all clients (over 14 years old) to have their National Identity Card or Passport.

- The advance payment is 30% OF THE STAY at the time of booking. The remaining payment must be made at the campsite during the stay.

BUNGALOWS: The price of the bungalow includes: people, a car, blankets, kitchenware, television, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and full bathroom. In addition to porch furniture and parking next to the accommodation. The management will not be obliged to provide cleaning products apart from the cleaning kit supplied on the first day.

Pets are not allowed in the bungalows.

We remind you that the check in time for the bungalows is from 15:00 hours, and the check out time is at 12:00 hours. If you wish to check out later than 12 noon, please check with us for availability.

During your stay you will be asked to pay the remaining amount of your booking.

Le pediremos igualmente que al finalizar su estancia deje el bungalow en el mismo estado en el que se encontró (platos fregados, cocina limpia, ropa de cama sin desperfectos y basura depositada en la zona de contenedores).

No está permitido fumar dentro de los bungalows.

SEIRAK BAT S.L. may change the bungalow, within the same category, if any need arises due to dates or management requirements.

Cancellation policy

Booking and cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be processed by e-mail, indicating the name and dates contracted and the account number for reimbursement if applicable.

* 100% of the advance payment is returned within 30 days.

- Between 15 and 30 days beforehand, 50% of the advance payment is refunded

- Less than 15 days after booking, no refunds will be made.

* In low season it is allowed to cancel a reservation and keep the deposit for a future stay within the same year. Always after checking availability and confirmation via e-mail. Once the booked stay at the campsite has begun, leaving the campsite before the contracted dates will not entitle you to any discount. If the clients, without prior notice, do not arrive at the establishment before 22.00h. on the day of arrival, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
